Recently I appointed a ‘Chief Organiser’ to come into my business to help me. We’re in a crucial stage of the company’s growth and have some pretty hefty targets to meet or we will need to make difficult choices.
As a Founder - you run with the wind - doing everything, all at once. I haven’t always been like this - once upon a time I had a real job, which allowed me to pulse my work, grasp some sense of organisation through prioritisation and delegation. Bliss.
