I'm a Founder, Careers Strategist, and Transformation Leader working at the intersection of people, organisations, and AI. I designed ACTVO® - an AI-powered workforce transition platform - to power up mine and my client’s accuracy of outcomes. I write, speak, and work globally.
My purpose is making work, a place people love to be.

In an AI-accelerated world - where roles are changing fast, teams are anxious, and nobody has a clear road-map - leaders need more than strategy. They need the courage to lead emotionally.

Building on the platform of Emotional Intelligence & Emotional Agility, this book offers a new Leadership style. It explores the role of “Emotional Triads” - where conflicting and powerful emotions at work like Fear & Love can be tempered by transitional emotions, such as Hope.
