I'm a Founder, Executive Leader, Careers Strategist, and Transformation Agent. Most of my work sits in the moments people & organisations find hardest — scaling fast, restructuring, integrating after M&A, teams or key people leaving, and working out what AI actually means for people at work and their growth.

I founded ACTVO® to solve the problem I keep hearing every day from across the workforce: people don't know what they're innately great at — and without that, they can't decide what’s best to do next.‍ ‍ACTVO® is an AI-powered careers navigation system — that solves this at scale, and it travels with me into every engagement I undertake. It's become a critical tool for being both human-centred and data-driven: unlocking high potential talent, directing people accurately, and giving clients who subscribe something genuinely powerful to activate growth for their teams.

Previously, I was Founder at StartNow — New Zealand's leading independent platform for teaching creative talent how to design sustainable careers. I led as Innovation Consultant at Grant Thornton NZ. Trained in Design Thinking at Stanford's d.school and Leadership at Columbia University, New York. And have previously held senior C-Suite roles across NZ, AU, US, and UK.

I’m also the Author of "Emotional Leadership: How to Lead in the Age of AI”, and my substack is Activating Growth.
