Over the course of ten years, I have designed and deployed human adaptation & career design plans to 1000s of people and teams. I have also built digital tools to scale my unique IP. These tools can be purchased independently, and I use them when appropriate while working with organisations, teams or individuals on adaptation strategies, as a powerful way to gather data and insights.
