The one way pivot. Think first.

I always knew I wanted to be a CEO. But never a Founder. I've lasted 10 years, and only now - finally - do I understand the difference.

What did you dream of when you were young? At first, I wanted to be a teacher. Then a shopkeeper. Then a nurse. Then an airline hostess. Some dreams don’t come true, evidently. was impressed by anyone, basically - who was in charge of money or had a uniform.

But then I started work. And I felt the rush, the thrill of learning, and the pursuit of ‘becoming someone’. I had a renewed target - the person at the top - the CEO.
