Every week I meet with HR and P&C leaders. These people work really really hard. But in MHO, they need a different type of support from CEO’s going forward.

The foundations of a company are important - if you’re not doing some good, basic compliance and skill-building training that keeps people competent in their jobs, you’re already on the runway to being obsolete. I’m not knocking the basement - I’m advocating for more layers to the baseline. I’m advocating for employees having a shot at the Penthouse.
